Spotlight: CADIA (At the nexus between Automobiles and ESG)

In the course of our research we encounter a great number of interesting and dedicated organizations.

Last week's find was CADIA (Center For Automotive Diversity, Inclusion, and Advancement). Cadia is "A mission driven organization focused on diversity and inclusion in the automotive industry." Their goal is to Double the number of diverse leaders in the automotive industry by 2030.

Those aims seem entirely congruent with Cambyses initiatives, so we are happy to recognize and support CADIA.

One way to approach that would be to nominate candidates for CADIA's 2021 Impact Awards. Those awards recognize excellence and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the automotive industry. The Awards fall into four categories; Leadership Commitment, Systemic Change, Championing Diverse Talent, and Creating Inclusive Cultures.

For more information about CADIA, or to nominate someone (or a company), visit them at their website or the Impact Awards Page.
